Meet Ali · Why DIT
Ali Mehdi Hemani has trained more than 1,00,000 students, from houseful auditoriums at NMIMS and Anjuman-I-Islam to corporate teams at Orient Technologies. He won a national award at the Smart India Hackathon and ran his own businesses before founding DIT in 2022.
DIT exists for one reason: most people are told AI will change their work, and almost nobody shows them how. Every session here is built around a thing you make and can keep using the next morning.

- Sparklers
- Dinner under the sky

the people who get AI to do the work- Your first class is free, live on Zoom every day
- Pick one ₹99 workshop for the tool you need most
- Leave with something that works on Monday morning
- Get certified after every class, even the free one
Start with one real task, such as summarising a document or drafting an email. Learn to give the AI context and a clear instruction, then check the result against reliable sources. DIT's free, two-hour AI 101 class covers ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, a reusable prompt framework, and where AI's answers need checking. No coding or technical background is required.
Choose by your starting level, the syllabus, the project you will build, prerequisites, teaching format and total cost, including optional tool subscriptions. For practical AI use, start with AI 101. Choose Claude for writing and work, Vibe Coding for websites and apps, AI filmmaking for video, Digital Twin for voice and avatar workflows, or Agentic AI for automation. DIT's workshops teach practical AI tools; they are not a substitute for a mathematics, programming and machine-learning curriculum if your goal is to become a machine-learning engineer.
The AI 101 workshop is free. Each specialist workshop is ₹99 + GST (not a bundle or subscription). The two-day AI Mastery Bootcamp is ₹9,999 + GST for both days. The Applied AI Fellowship with Private Mentoring is ₹1,00,000 + GST, reserved with ₹5,000 after acceptance. AI-Powered Digital Marketing is ₹29,999 incl. GST. GenZ-AI for ages 10–16 is ₹10,000 + GST; admissions are currently closed. Where a price says "+ GST", 18% GST is added at checkout.
Yes. Every class at DIT can be certified: add the DIT certificate of completion (₹99) when you book free AI 101, any workshop or the weekend bootcamp. You can also add the session recording, workbooks and tool packs at checkout.
Mostly online: every class runs live on Zoom, which is how most of our students prefer to learn. We also run hybrid sessions and a few offline workshops at our experience centres in Mazgaon and Andheri West (Mumbai) and in Dubai.

No. Every workshop stands alone. Pick the one that solves your problem today; many people start with free AI 101 and then choose one specialist evening.
AI 101 runs every day: 5–7 pm weekdays, 7:30–9:30 pm weekends IST. The five specialist workshops run one per weeknight, Monday to Friday, 7–10 pm IST. The bootcamp runs Saturday and Sunday, 2–8 pm IST on both days.
No coding is needed for any workshop. You need a laptop (a phone works for AI 101), a stable internet connection and Zoom. Each workshop page lists the free accounts to create beforehand.
No. We show you what the free tiers can do. Some tools work better on paid plans; those subscriptions are your choice and are not included in any DIT fee.
Tell us before your session starts and we'll move you to the next session of the same workshop, or a later bootcamp weekend, at no cost. The full terms are on our refunds page (digitalist.co.in/refunds).
No. Each programme stands on its own. You can apply for the Applied AI Fellowship with Private Mentoring or register interest in AI-Powered Digital Marketing directly.
The Applied AI Fellowship with Private Mentoring takes 25 people per cohort, by application and interview. The next start date is shared with applicants; applying early puts you in the queue for the next interview round.
